What the truck cooks
The classic cheeseburger
Local beef patty, aged cheddar, pickles, onions and the house sauce in a brioche bun from the baker next door.

Pork shoulder slow-cooked for twelve hours, pulled by hand, with crunchy coleslaw in a toasted bun.

Breaded chicken thigh, lettuce, tomato and a yoghurt and herb sauce rolled in a warm tortilla.

Cooked in the truck, to order
Burgers, fries and wraps are cooked when you order, not kept warm. The sauces are made in the truck.
